We are looking for a HR Admin/ Receptionist. Applicants should have the following qualification below.
HR Admin/ Receptionist Job Qualifications:
- BS in human resources or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for ((6) months
- Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)
- Experience with recruitment marketing
Job Description for HR Admin/ Receptionist
- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
