Operation Supervisor/SO2 Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that employees are meeting their individual job responsibilities and helping them to improve if they are not performing well
- Establishing employee training programs to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
- Recommending disciplinary action for employees who violate company policies or fail to meet performance standards
- Overseeing the work of other supervisors to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
- Participating in staff meetings to discuss work related issues such as scheduling changes or upcoming projects
- Conducting performance evaluations of subordinates to determine their professional development needs
- Acting as a role model for other team members by demonstrating positive work habits, such as punctuality and dependability
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of any course
- Must have previous experience in warehouse and supervising management
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses a COSH certification
