Job Description of a Team Leader:
Team Leader responsible for supervising, managing the team members on a daily basis. Also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:

- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Suggest and organize team building activities
Team Leader Job Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- At-least College Level or Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 1- 2 year relevant experience in Warehousing or 3PL
- Results-oriented
- Possess good analytical skills
