Supervisor – NCR

We are looking for a Supervisor in Malabon and Taytay, Rizal. Applicants should have the following qualifications below.

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an operations management position is necessary.
• Strong budget development and oversight skills are essential.
• The candidate must have an excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
• Highly trained in conflict management is required.
• Certification as a forklift operator (NCII) is needed.
• At least a high school graduate or vocational school completion is required.

Job Description:

• Manages and leads a team responsible for completing complex tasks efficiently and profitably.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts.
• Directs and monitors employees’ work, including resource allocation and performance levels.
• Creates and implements schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitors, evaluates, and meets regularly with employees.
• Provides regular feedback to employees.
• Assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Constantly monitors and manages the day-to-day activities of employees.
