Key Responsibilities of a Senior Account Supervisor

  • Leads and mentors a team of Account Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses client needs, anticipating potential challenges and developing solutions.
  • Monitors team performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of new initiatives and strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong client relationship management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Can start ASAP
