Receptionist – Pasay City

Receptionists greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain files and records, enter data, maintain office calendars and schedules, keep the office clean, safe, and organized, and stock office supplies.

We are looking for a Receptionist! Applicants should have the following qualification below.

Receptionist Job Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • With Pleasing Personality
  • Experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required

Job Descriptions for Receptionist:

  • Handle a variety of Admin support task, including answering phones, assisting visitors or client, preparing meeting and trainings
