We are looking for a Order Processor/ Encoder. Applicants should have the following qualification below.

Order Processor/ Encoder Job Qualifications:

  • At least College level
  • 6) months of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Description for Order Processor/ Encoder:

  • Review daily shipment log
  • Input orders into company system
  • Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
  • Track shipments and update master list
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
  • Communicate delivery updates with sales team
  • Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
