Job Description:
- Manages and leads a team responsible for completing complex tasks in an efficient and profitable manner
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts
- Directs and monitors employees’ work, including resource allocation and level of performance
- Creates and implements schedules, procedures, and work instructions
- Monitors, evaluates, and meets with employees
- Provides regular feedback to employees
- Assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Constantly monitors and manages day-to-day activities of employees
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- 1 + years’ proven experience in an operations management position
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management
