HR Supervisor Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and training.
- Had handled the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Experience in the advertising industry or related field is a plus.
