Job Description for HR Supervisor:
- Oversees all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manages employee relations, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts
- Develops and implements training and development programs for employees
- Tracks and maintains employee records, including payroll and benefits expand more
- Advises managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conducts investigations and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Stays up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
HR Supervisor Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
