We are looking for a HR Coordinator. Applicants should have the following qualification below.

Job Description

HR Coordinator position is often exposed to all human resources procedures and assists with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department.  Assist with administering benefits, processing payroll and handling any problems or questions.

HR Coordinator Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4- year course.
  • With relevant experience in HR Facets, Recruitments and Employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible can withstand work pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written forms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  •  Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
