We are looking for a HR Admin. Applicants should have the following qualification below.
HR Admin Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or HRMD.
- 1-2 years experience as an HR Admin relevant role.
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- CAN START ASAP!!
Job Descriptions for HR Admin:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guide
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Participate in HR projects (Help organize a job fair event)
