HR Admin

We are looking for a HR Admin. Applicants should have the following qualification below.

HR Admin Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or HRMD.
  • 1-2 years experience as an HR Admin relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Job Descriptions for HR Admin:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guide
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
  • Participate in HR projects (Help organize a job fair event)
