HR Admin – Davao City

Job Description:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR information system (HRIS)
  • Processes new hire paperwork, onboarding, and terminations
  • Manages employee benefits administration
  • Assists with recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Prepares HR reports and presentations
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 1 +  year of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
