Job Description:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR information system (HRIS)
- Processes new hire paperwork, onboarding, and terminations
- Manages employee benefits administration
- Assists with recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Prepares HR reports and presentations
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 1 + year of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
