Account Supervisor Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4- year course
- With relevant experience in warehouse management & Operation
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Flexible can withstand work pressure
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written forms
- Assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan
Job Descriptions for Supervisor:
- Responsible for managing the workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Determine staffing level and assign workload.
- Recruits and hires employees and conducts performance evaluations.
- Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction.
- Responsible for Daily Time Records of our employees
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
