Account Coordinator Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4yr course
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (esp. Excel)
- With good communication and analytical skills
Job Descriptions for Account Coordinator:
- Ensures proper and accurate documentation/inventory/encoding/posting/bookkeeping of sales transactions.
- Ensures accurate documentation of inventory transactions.
- Monitors the day-to-day transaction such as Incoming, Outgoing, and material relocations for system updating
- Reports product movement.
- Prepares billing of account handled.
